Visual Arts
Visual Arts introduces the student to the art of visual language and encourages creative problem solving and communication in a variety of mediums. The program provides a wide array of courses including 2 and 3 Dimensional Design, Drawing, Painting, Ceramics, Portfolio, Advanced Placement, and Multimedia classes in which students work with various graphic formats. Art history, criticism, and aesthetics add to the richness of study. Students develop an expression using traditional material, as well as computer technology.
