This e-portfolio is designed to reflect upon my enthusiasm for learning, goals, participation in democratic processes and global outreach. It is also intended to document accomplishment of the leadership standards adopted by the district. These include: vision, instructional leadership, managing the learning environment, community and stakeholder partnerships, decision making strategies, diversity, technology, human resource development, ethical leadership, and learning. My name is Jeannie Galindo. I currently serve the Manatee County School District as an Assistant Principal at Bayshore High School, in Bradenton, Florida.
