 A Parent's Guide for ages 5-8. Building children's literacy and love of reading at home,
 choosing books, and building good reading foundations.

  Reading Rockets: Offers a wealth of reading strategies for families, teachers, and other professionals.
  It includes webcasts,  podcasts, and videos on helping children.

  Florida Department of Education
 Just Read Families offers parenting tools, activities for kids, library links, recommended reading lists,  
 articles on developing children's reading skills,etc.

 Reading Books list: (Grades 2 and 3)
 Books recommended by Brevard County for summer reading. (Good list for anytime).
 Includes Title, summary of story and author. Check it out! We have read some of the books in class.
