Elementary School Program The Elementary School program is comprised of 4th and 5th graders from the district s elementary schools. The classes have a teacher to student ratio of 1:10, which allows for individualized academic and behavioral attention. To further increase our effectiveness, students are grouped according to their abilities - not solely by their age or grade level. Therefore, each class is totally heterogeneous. From 8:30 to 3:05, students study Language Arts/Reading, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education, and Personal Development.
