Department of Program Evaluation

"Program Evaluation is the systematic collection of information about the activities, characteristics, and outcomes of programs to make judgments about the program, improve program effectiveness, and/or inform decisions about future programming" (Patton, 1997).

Our purpose: To add value to the District’s operations by generating useful and reliable knowledge about program success to inform decision-making, to ensure continuous improvement, to influence organizational development and learning, and to align programs with the District’s Strategic Plan EdVantage.
