Bayshore High School Science Fair 2011-2012
Dear Student,

Thank you for your interest in Bayshore High School's 2011-2012 Science Fair! The experience of conducting research, carrying out an experiment, and seeing a project to completion can be a lot of fun and is an excellent learning experience. Your participation provides you with priceless experience in the scientific process and these skills can help you in academic and real-world situations.

Even though you may have some great ideas and you may be anxious to get started, the BHS Science Fair must follow the same rules and procedures as the regional and international science fairs. You are not allowed to begin experimentation until several important forms have been submitted and if necessary, approved by a committee. When you initially look over the forms and the rules, it may seem intimidating but don't give up! Your science teacher and/or adult sponsor will assist you in every way possible.

The purpose of this website is to provide you with the tools you need to get started and see your awesome project to completion.

Good luck!
