WEIGHT ROOM RULES

1.You must have gym shorts and a t-shirt with sleeves in school colors.

(There will be a two point penalty for not wearing school colors

School PE uniforms are available for purchase.)

2.You will need a full size bath towel (3 points off for not bringing a towel).

3.Tennis shoes or sneakers must be worn.

4.Sweatpants without buttons or zippers are permitted.

5.No jewelry, bands or hats may be worn.

6.The only drinks allowed are water – NO exceptions.

7.No food, candy or gum is permitted.

8.Cell phones must stay off, no iPods or MP3 players are permitted.

9.Each day is worth 10 points. Partial participation will result in a deduction in points.

10.Not being dressed out will result in only 2 points for the day.

11.When absent, you must make arrangements to make up your missed work. Absences will be recorded as zero’s (0) and should be made up within 1 week’s time. Make ups are held on Friday morning from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. You must be dressed out and ready to start at 7:00 a.m.

12.Keep hands to yourself and respect everyone in the class.

13.You are required to have a spotter in the areas that are designated as necessary.
